Guardian Safety has been a Dublin health and safety training and consultancy company for 25 years, and food safety has been part of what we do from the beginning. Today our food safety training runs under this site, food-safety.ie, so that the people who need a HACCP certificate can find it, buy it and get certified without wading through a catalogue of everything else we offer.
The rest of the business is the same team. We run manual handling, fire safety, first aid, working at height and a long list of other workplace safety courses, and our consultants carry out safety audits and risk assessments for businesses across the country. That breadth matters for food businesses: the trainer who delivers your HACCP course understands the fire exit, the wet floor and the lifting injury as well as the fridge temperature.
Our food safety courses are mapped to the FSAI guidelines on food safety training and to Irish legislation, and Guardian Safety is a CPD accredited training centre, with CPD credits on our core HACCP courses. We say what a course covers and what certificate it gives you, and we don't claim endorsements we don't hold.
