Which food safety course do I need for a job in a kitchen?
For most kitchen, counter and food preparation jobs, employers ask for HACCP Level 1 & 2. If you only serve or carry food, Level 1 covers it. Managers and supervisors need Level 3.
How quickly can I get a certificate?
Online courses issue the certificate the moment you pass the test. The shortest is 20 minutes, Level 1 & 2 takes about 160 minutes, and you can do it on your phone today.
Are the courses accredited?
Guardian Safety is a CPD accredited training centre. HACCP Level 1, Level 2 and Level 1 & 2 carry CPD credits. All our food safety courses are mapped to the FSAI guidelines on food safety training.
Can you train my whole team at once?

How long is a certificate valid?
Three years for HACCP Level 1, 2 and 1 & 2, five years for Level 3. Take the course again before it expires to get a new certificate.
